Tales Of A 4-5 Something

Every Monday 4-5 students take home an assignment sheet that shares the week's homework expectations. Our goal is that families sit with their student to talk about the upcoming week and to plan out when assignments will be completed. Signing the sheet on Monday let's advisors know that families are aware of the expectations. The assignment sheet also informs families about events at school. This week we have picture re-takes, a food drive, and Family Pachanga. If you have any questions about the homework please contact your child's advisor. At the start of school we started the Dollar Word Challenge. We have a post about it. We have been working on the challenge since then. Can you add some to our list? With so many snow days maybe you can have a Family Dollar Word Challenge?

Today our teachers showed us a way to practice our typing. We will be using typingweb.com at school and we can also use it at home. We should practice typing because so we can get better at it. We will be typing a lot in Middle School and Upper School. My dad took a typing class and he was so happy he could type faster. We also need to practice having good posture when we type.
