Did you know that Pi Day was on March 14th? It is on this day because March is the third month of the year and that makes 3.14. That is as close as we can get to Pi on a calendar. Pi is the circumference divided by the diameter of a circle, which gets us close to three. Pi is never ending. We have a few people who tried to memorize all the digits. Annabel recited over a 100 digits.
Here is our try:

On Pi Day we showed our projects. Some people sang songs and others made posters. If you want to hear a song visit the web page. Some people wrote Pi-kus while others made a color coded version of Pi.
Here is our Pi - ku:
What is Pi?
End?
It has no end! (Thanks Cooper)
One of the many perks of Pi Day was that we got to eat pie! Pie is yummy.
