We have just finished our multi-genre project. A few weeks ago we picked topics we felt good about. They could have been special places, animals, ideas, or things we are good at. Then we wrote three or more genres to tell a story about the topic. For example, I picked Brazilian Psycho as a topic. I wanted to write a horror piece. I have a fiction story called Brazilian psycho, an Email from the main character to his gang members, and then I wrote some poems. I got the idea for Brazilian Psych from this from a Bloom County comic strip.
