In Spanish class we are making Calaveras. First we started with sugar and water and put the mixture into molds of skulls. Then we put them on a tray and placed them in the oven. After a few days we got them back from SeƱora Megan and we got to decorate them!
Calaveras are a symbol of Dia de los Muertos. This day is a Spanish holiday to celebrate the deceased ones.
